  If I could leave negative 5 stars for this company I would. We purchased windows from Window World in 2009 most due to the fantastic Warranty they offered. We spent $4,432 dollars. Well, now that it's time to get Warranty work done...Guess what...We are a minimal priority. I have been trying to get windows repaired since July, 2017 and it is now Dec, 2017. They have cancelled the repair appts. 3 times for all sorts of reasons that quite frankly, I don't care about, and have not bothered to call me either time to reschedule. I have at least 7 calls into them and until this point I tried to remain civil. I always have to chase them down. Well, I'm tired of it. DO NOT work with this company. Once they get your money it's all over. I filed a formal complaint with the BBB realizing that it's possible I will not get any future Warranty work done because of that complaint. I plan to make it my mission to bring to the attention any and all Consumer Protection agencies the poor business practices of this company. Go with Lowes or Home Depot. They will take better care of you.
