  I had an awful experience at this store. They took three hours to activate my phone. The next day I realized that I could not make or receive calls. I went back to the store. The manager (I believe her name is Amira) was completely rude and ugly to me. After very patiently waiting three hours the evening before, she would not give me the a minute of her time. She refused to even attempt to help me. She said she was too busy to help me because she was training an employee. I suppose she was training that employee how to be rude and unhelpful. I couldn't help but notice there were no other customers in the store. Now I know why. If you need to go to a Verizon store- go to a different one, as the person managing this one does not care about helping you.
