  I have been to this pace three times. EVERY SINGLE time they have been extremely rude. Poor customer service and two out of the five items I have purchased were not working and missing pieces. I brought my receipt in to see about exchanging the tool for another one and they told me “No, that item was on sale so you can’t return it or exchange it.” If you plan on buying ANYTHING there, please make sure you see if it works before leaving the store!! Don’t bother being polite or friendly either...they respond by either ignoring you or saying “ What do you want?”...with an ugly tone. I have never been anywhere which made me feel as if I’m unwelcome...until this place. I witnessed a man trying to pawn something that was clearly precious to him..and he needed the money badly-and the employees saw this and took advantage of him. He wanted to get it back but the rude woman said “ You ain’t probably gonna come back for this if you’re that desperate for money but I’ll give you $20.00 for it.” The item he was pawing was a BRAND NEW GOPRO HERO 5!! I immediately interrupted and told him to go somewhere else, for he was naive to pawing and about to accept. Needless to say, I now have a new GoPro that I had “borrowed” for $150.00. This man has since paid me $15.00 a week and I’ve given him his Go Pro Hero back. Top Dollar treats people like s***! I hope they close down for good!
