  Very lazy employees. Asked one question about my plan and I was immediately told it was not possible. I was as nice as I could be to the gentleman but he said 'do you wanna see the manager.' At this point I felt like I was inconveniencing them. After being denied again and frustrated, I left and went straight to a different store. The employees at the South Barksdale store gladly helped me and had all the right information. Felt more like I woke up the wrong color before. Not the first time at a Phone store.
