  My husband and I purchased a pair of Nike's from this store right before the mall closed yesterday evening. Today during his lunch break, he went to the gym, changed into the shoes and lifted weights to discover that the shoes didn't really fit him properly. He attempted to return them and the store manager, Al, who said that they were dirty on the bottom and couldn't be returned, which I can understand if they had been used to run in, work outside in the yard, etc. and the soles had been worn down in the process. However, that's not the case. The shoes may have had a bit of dirt on them from the gym floor and that is it, which is something that can be cleaned off (by the store or customer returning). He told my husband that "our house must be dirty" since the shoes hadn't been worn outside, and I can attest that it isn't. Being a stay-at-home-mom, our house stays clean. Also, when I called to the store to ask about the situation, it was all I could do to get his name once I told him I was the wife of the man that just tried to make a return. He yelled over me and wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. He better enjoy his job while he has it, because I immediately called and filed a complaint and corporate is letting me return the shoes. We'll never shop here again.
